End-to-end verification of the new release orchestrator from
netresearch/typo3-ci-workflows#66. Extension code is identical to 0.8.0;
internal CI pipeline was consolidated into one workflow run that covers
TER publish, Packagist verification, docs.typo3.org verification, and
atomic GitHub release creation.
