Fixed Issues
When a NetScaler Ingress Controller-managed service of type LoadBalancer uses NetScaler IPAM with a named range, correcting a wrong or non-existent range name in the service.citrix.com/ipam-range annotation has no effect. That is, the VIP custom resource keeps the original range. As a result, the NetScaler IPAM controller does not allocate an IP address, and the service has no external IP address.
