Questions about Http2FrameCodec.onStreamError

Hello,
While working with reactor-netty, I knew that in the case of a "header too large" error (not a "goaway" case), the exception in Http2FrameCodec.onStreamError is not propagated to the next handler.
I’m curious if there’s a specific reason for this behavior.

@choijunwoo are you talking about the outbound == true case ?
