generate build.sh for easy docker build with version

The docker hub organization name must be passed in from config.json. Default to networknt.

The generated build.sh is not executable on Linux as I don't know how this works on Windows. Maybe change it to executable in the future. If you are working on Linux, you can change it with the following command.

chmod +x ./build.sh
