Generation of REST /health and /server/info endpoints shall be configurable

Generation of /health and /server/info REST endpoints shall be optional for openapi + swagger the same way as "prometheusMetrics" is.

@b-gyula These two endpoints are very important for API health check in Kubernetes and API certification from light-portal. They must be mandatory for enterprise scale application. I would recommend adding flags in the config.json to turn it off explicitly if you don't want them. Most times, you will need them.
