Add changes for enabling rocker hot reloading.
Please note, users cannot use
java -jarto run codegen-cli if hot reloading needs to be enabled. It's because extra classpath setting is needed. A scriptcodegen-cli/codegen.shis provided to help the code generation with hot reloading.To replace an existing template, users need to use the exact same template name (including package name). For an example, please see
/codegen-cli/src/test/resources/externalTemplates
