  run ledger over the library-owned FlowTrace schema — outcome badge + simulated
  badge for mock-provider rows, the stage timeline, a per-call LLM ledger table
  (task, stage, provider+model, tokens in/out, latency, prompt version, status)
  and the applied/rejected ops list — while FlowTelemetryStrip renders the
  compact calls · tokens in/out · edits live telemetry counters for the polling
  progress card. Purely presentational (ADR-006): apps map their run data onto
  the schema.

• 7f180ea Thanks @constLiakos! - ChatToolCard and ChatTraceTimeline detail blocks render JSON
  arguments/results as a parsed, structured pane instead of raw JSON text —
  new shared DetailValue: objects render as key: value rows, arrays as value
  chips, non-JSON payloads stay preformatted text. Also widens the trace-timeline
  row label column (w-16 → w-24) so tool names are not cropped, with the
  detail region indent following the bar alignment.
