0.1.0 - Smooth FMVs and better split cue/bin support

• Updated README to reflect easier to find known-working BIOS (the one I previously listed is real, I swear!)
• FMV stuttering fixed - this turned out to be me delivering drive sectors slightly too fast, causing the drive to have to rewind/reseek during sustained reads
• New "CD Access Time" option - Accurate/Fast - Recommend keeping this on Accurate
  • The emulator simulates the time it takes to physically move the drive head, which helps line up FMV timing. If you'd prefer to seek as quickly as possible, you can change this to "Fast", but this definitely breaks some games
• Improved split bin/cue handling - no more laggy system menu and potential for broken TOC's when using split bin/cues
