Description
Fix #1162 for the issue on the Network activity page. The critical CVE number is not shown on the tooltip on the graph node.
Test
Verification point: The color of the dot should be the corresponding highest severity level's color which this node have for the CVEs. The number of critical, high and medium should be correct.
