UI rehaul with Tailwind CSS and AlpineJS
Transaction/Articles: now the current Membership Fee article for Adults and Kids can be selected via Article management
Warehouse new module: store Skipasses bought by associates and set a ski day where they are consumed
Report: a health certificate report has been added to quickly check for expired/missing ones
Two new scripts are now callable via cronjob to automatically set Associates.active to false when Membership is expired and health certificate check

Transaction: dynamic TransactionLine is now available (and reliable) again
Transaction: a check is added in the UI when a TransactionLine is to be saved but the Associate already bought that Course article
Subscriptions: Health certificate management has now been moved to Associate management
