v4.1.16 — KOReader plugin download and complete translations

Calibre-Web NextGen v4.1.16

Pull the release now:

What changed

• Install the current KOReader sync plugin directly from this release. The ready-to-install cwasync.koplugin.zip asset disappeared after v4.1.11 even as three highlight and deletion-sync fixes shipped. The archive is attached again and identifies itself as version 4.1.16. Thanks to @KucharczykL for flagging the missing download in #400.
• Russian is now fully translated. The last 48 English fallbacks—including tag renaming, smart-shelf errors, page errors, and the Hardcover token-file notice—now appear in Russian. Translation by @standhaftsohnsergius via #970 and #971.
• Brazilian Portuguese covers about 150 more interface strings. Reader, shelf, and admin screens have broader coverage, and four misleading messages now say what they actually mean. Translation by @pedronora via #949 and #972.
• Supporting CWNG is easier to find. Project announcements can queue in the top banner, the Ko-fi message remembers its dismissal, and a permanent Support on Ko-fi link now lives in the Help menu.
• Keyboard focus stays visible after the final announcement is dismissed. Activating the last banner link or close button from the keyboard now returns focus to the page instead of silently dropping it.

The release also stops translation automation from manufacturing timestamp-only merge conflicts, making future community translation updates much less likely to need manual rework (#969).
