- Table with `*-title-format` specifiers in the manpage (Dennis van der Schagt)
- List of available text attributes in the manpage (Dennis van der Schagt)
- Ability to specify initial text for `cmdline` command. This allows one to
    write macros or new-style `bind`s to run common command-line commands

- Ability to open urls file at the current feed, e.g.
    `bind E feedlist,articlelist,searchresultslist edit-urls "vim +%L %f"`
    This is **not** enabled by default. See `edit-urls` docs for details.
