Release the unified public CLI command journey as 0.2.0-alpha.1. Old command spellings fail with replacement guidance; project/App creation, connection, generators and submission status use the documented grouped commands.

Breaking command names require the pre-1.0 minor increment. Pair with Devtools 0.2.1 and Core 0.7.5 documentation.

Validation: all 57 Node tests passed on candidate 33d1e94; no runtime protocol/client dependency changes. Publication and both architecture images follow this promotion.
