CLI 0.2.0-alpha.28

  • Keep development available after App execution errors with actionable retry guidance.
  • Support Laravel-style database commands across selected Apps, retaining immutable request identities and explicit retries.
  • Preserve fixture-key seeding while supporting default seeders and rollback-all reset behavior.

Requires matching Core62 and Manager50/runtime50 for the new database-command flow. Existing sandbox permissions remain enforced. Changed-path validation passed; required GitHub CI also passed before main merge. Live client workflow acceptance is tracked separately.
