Backup rotation, storage visibility and clearer docs

• Backup rotation by copies: the switch now keeps at most 5 backups (configurable 1–5). When a new backup completes — scheduled or manual — the oldest copy beyond the limit is deleted automatically, so backups can never fill the disk.
• Storage at a glance: per-file sizes, totals per table, and a free-disk gauge that turns red when less than 10% of the disk remains.
• 'How it works' panels on both tabs explain exactly what each backup contains, when the oldest is removed, and the archive-before-delete guarantee for CDRs.
