One clock across the whole panel

• Every timestamp the panel shows — call history (CDRs), backups, the footer clock — now follows the server timezone configured in Settings → Server Configuration, no matter where the operator's browser is. Calls are still stored in UTC internally.
• Settings → Backups shows both clocks next to each schedule field (server now / your browser) and explains that scheduled jobs run on the server timezone.
