Per-call info and PCAP for the NOC

  • Every call in Calls → Last Calls now has an ⓘ button that opens a full report of that call: caller and destination, disposition and SIP code, hangup cause, PDD, codec, the customer side (user, origination point, sell rate, charged) and the carrier side (provider, buy rate, cost and margin).
  • The report shows the SIP flow of the call — every INVITE, ringing, answer and hangup — and a Download PCAP button to open the full signalling in Wireshark.
  • Capture is signalling-only and fully passive: it never affects call processing. SIP flow and PCAP download require an admin role.
