What's New in v0.4.0

  • Configurable Facilities: Admins can now add, edit, remove, and reorder facility options in the Settings tab
  • Personal Settings page: All users see a "RoomVox" section under Settings > Personal with:
    • My Rooms — overview of rooms with role badges (Admin/Manager/Booker/Viewer)
    • Approvals — pending booking requests with accept/decline buttons for managers
  • Improved CSV import: Better duplicate detection via email matching (including @roomvox.local) and slug-based ID matching
  • Fixed: Facility ID mismatch between frontend and import service
  • Fixed: Approval emails now link to Personal Settings instead of "admin panel"
