Clarification needed: Talk port change (3478 → 443) not reflected in documentation

Hi,
I noticed an inconsistency between the latest release notes and the current documentation regarding the port used by Nextcloud Talk in AIO.

The recent release notes indicate that Talk no longer uses port 3478 and now relies on port 443 (TCP and UDP) through the main domain.
However, the README and network documentation still reference port 3478 as the required port for Talk.

Before opening an issue or submitting a PR, I wanted to confirm the following:

Is the migration to port 443 fully deployed for all AIO installations?
Should the references to port 3478 be removed from the README?
Are there any edge cases where 3478 is still required?

Clarifying this would help avoid misconfigurations for admins setting up firewalls or reverse proxies.

the change is only about the caddy community container, if you don't use it, then nothing has changed
