Support real (and automatic) 2-way sync of folders #11532

Description

@rlke42

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I want to use the Nextcloud Android Client to Sync my Obsidian Vault between my Nextcloud and my devices.
On Desktop this is possible as all File changes are automaticly synced (if configured). On Android I need to manually go into the App, to the Folder and use its Option to 'Synchronize'. This however only seems to sync in the direction server>client. Local only Files and Folders do not appear in the Nextcloud App (are thankfully not deleted when trying to sync) and are not uploaded to the instance.
In it's current form the Option should be named 'Download changes from Server' or similar.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would really like for real 2-way synchronization to be able to happen at least semi-automaticly. This should be an opt-in Option for every Folder/File.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using the Auto-Upload Feature of the App seems kind of non-fitting as it seems to be designed for Media (Photos, Videos) only and is focused on uploading content from outside of /android/media/com.nextcloud.client
I however want to sync New Files and Folders and Changes on such in a Folder below /android/media/com.nextcloud.client and it is imperative that the folder/file structure is not changed by the Auto-Upload.

Additional context

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Currently the Feature 'Synchronize' seems to Fail when I change local files, then Open the Folder in the App, it sometimes shows the Files are out of Sync (white cross in red background-icon). This is not changed by trying to initiate a manual 'Sync'. There is currently no Notification or similar that informs me the Sync has failed due to local File changes.

Will add screenshots below...
