Catching up on python dependency updates now starting with the ones without breaking changes (pyOpenSSL, for example, may be updated later after its breaking change is fixed). While I'm here, this PR also migrates a deprecated setting in
django-allauthfor the user signup form with no apparent change in behavior, and this deprecated setting insphinxfor the docs:WARNING: Calling get_html_theme_path is deprecated. If you are calling it to define html_theme_path, you are safe to remove that code.
