Reminder notification and email doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an event in Calendar
2. Add two reminders in this event (for example 1 hour before the event) one configured with notification and the second with email
3. Wait until one hour before the event : no notification is displayed in Nextcloud and no email is sent

Expected behavior

When reminder is configured in a Calendar event, notification must be displayed and email must be sent when the time of the reminder is reached

Actual behavior

No notification is displayed and no email is sent when the time of the reminder is reached

Reminder with email worked for years but since 1-2 month (not sure of the date) new or recurrent event sends no email (nor notification) when the reminder time is reached. SMTP is well configured and works. If I create an event and invite another user, the invitation mail is sent.
I tested with 2 accounts, no reminder notification and email with the two accounts.

I resintalled Nextcloud from scratch and the problem disappears.
