Add padding to events in Monthly view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is related to the recent changes for accessibility (contrast) reasons : #8149

The past event color opacity has been fixed in #8441

However, the events are still "quite unreadable/ugly" to me, because padding was removed compared to before.

While before, they looked much better (more padding, easier to look at):

Describe the solution you'd like

Either revert the padding to how it was before,

or - Google Calendar/Gmail have a "Density" setting, for people to choose whether they want the UI more compact or not. NextCloud could provide an option for that too.

I certainly prefer padding/spacing :)
