fix: do not update share item on mount

Summary

• Resolves: Rights / Permissions in shared Calendars changes automatically to "no rights" #8326
• Resolves: RateLimiting, Too many addressbook or calendar share requests when adding user or groups to a calendar server#60338
• Modified share item to only update permissions on user click

Testing

• Without PR opening the calendar settings dialog would trigger a share update request for each user in the list

Hi @SchnydD

Unfortunately no this was a front end adjustment, which needs to be compiled, you would need to build it from the source then copy it in to place.

I will release an updated calendar version very soon, in a couple days max
