Improved admin section: show settings, abilities of Guests restrictions (text) of guests

When you create a guest, there should be a description (text might be sufficient) about what guests can do and what their limitations are. There should be an admin section where this is shown.

An important thing to for example mention here is that their default quota is always 0.

Potential description to be added to the guest admin page:

Guest accounts are limited user accounts, clearly marked as such for your users. They make collaboration with people external to your organization easier and more secure.

Guest accounts can be created in various places in the Nextcloud user interface, for example when a file is shared or from the Teams configuration. Guests have no storage and can only access the apps defined below.
