Gridlock in transfer since error

I have a gridlock in the transfer of auto upload on my big vps nextcloud instance since an error I had in OC_helper or maybe a loop in some process of exclus or'mysql but since I m not root on that vps which is managed by the provider I can't look into it or even get them to answer about that simple question.
