Add Notification Actions to Nextcloud notification 2FA

Right now [https://github.com/nextcloud/twofactor_nextcloud_notification](Nextcloud Two Factor Notifications) currently shows you a notification like this:

As you can see, this notification was taken from my Apple Watch, and there are a few issues I have with it. First off, there's no way to take action from the notification itself, iOS supports handling notifications with actions. Which is a feature used with other authenticators like Duo and Microsoft Authenticator. Because there aren't any Actions on the Notification, there is no way to authenticate without opening the whole app.
