Secondary notification action are not readable in dark mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive a notification that has 2 actions, e.g. https://github.com/nextcloud/twofactor_nextcloud_notification
2. Open notifications on the app

Expected behaviour

One should be able to read both actions
