Upload doesn't work when subfolders are enabled for photos #812
Description
Expected behaviour
Auto upload / manual upload uploads photos to subfolders based on year and month
Actual behaviour
Photos only upload if 'Use subfolders' is not enabled and then they upload to the /Photos directory
Steps to reproduce
Upload a photo with 'Use subfolders' enabled <-- this won't work
Upload a photo with 'Use subfolders' disabled <-- will work as expected

Additional Details:
This feature seemed to work prior to the 2.23.1 update with the new 'Media' tab.
Update:
It seems like auto upload can't automatically create the subfolders, but I just created one for March (03) and auto uploads seem to be working. Not sure if it will continue working in April, however.
