delegated admins can't see user names

After a multi-level upgrade from Nextcloud 25 to 28 (Poll 6.1.6), delegated administrators can no longer see user names. They are displayed as "Anon".

Are you sure, the poll is not set to anonymous poll?

The survey is not set to anonymous.
Before the update, both the result and the user names were visible when admin rights were delegated.
Am I right in assuming that the "Anon" view is not correct and that the user names should also be visible in Poll 6.1.6 with delegated admin rights?
Any ideas?

I can't reproduce this. A delegated admin is meant to have users hidden in an anonymous poll. If the poll is not set to anonymous, I can see all users with their names as a delegated admin. Maybe some other setting cuases this.

Thank you. It's really curious.
In the settings, the option "Anonymous poll" is off and "never show results" is selected.
As the results should only be visible to the owner and the delegated admin.
Interestingly, all users are visible with their names under the "Sharing" tab.

Indeed, if the results are hidden, a delegated admin will not see the names, since in case of hiddenresults, names are anonymized by default.

This setting is not entirely clear to me. The purpose of a delegated admin is for me, for example, to be able to administrate a poll in case of substitution.
For me, this also includes downloading the poll results.
Especially since a delegated admin has the option of changing the poll options anyway and can thus display all results (unfortunately also for all users).
For us, however, it would be important for an admin to be able to specify whether a delegated admin should see the results or not when assigning delegated admin rights.
