Describe the goal you'd like to achieve

As a platform maintainer, I want a consistent icon style, because consistency is important for UX.

With Nextcloud 32 we switch to outlined icons, see nextcloud/server#53701

I can take care of an initial PR changing the icons if you like @dartcafe
