Workaround for nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-vue/issues/747 with an ugly animation. Prevents displaying wrong tabs, when user ha (no) edit rights. Otherwise a sidebar wth empty or missing tabs is rendered and maybe confusing to normal users.
