[Bug]: Deleting files from external storage it just moves them to the local trash bin — this is unexpected

Bug description

When you delete files from external storage, they actually get moved to your local recycle bin. The point is, data on an external storage is usually not stored locally, so even if you do want to send it to the trash, copying it to the local trash bin is just weird. At least give us an option—either let external drives have their own trash bin, or just delete the files permanently.

Steps to reproduce

1.delete a file in external storage
2.the deleted file will be found in the trash bin which located in local drive.

Expected behavior

let external drives have their own trash bin(stored in the external drive), or just delete the files permanently.
