[Bug]: Task Percentage Completed not showing correctly

Bug description

First thanks for your great work on Nextcloud. I am loving it!!

But, when entering a completed percentage of a task, the percentage in the text field is showing just one digit. 25 shows as 2. Moving the slider gives the same result.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a task
2. Go to the details of that task
3. Click on "0% gereed" (dutch), of perhaps "0% completed" (english)
4. Enter a percentage larger than 9% in the box, or use the slider
5. look in the box

Expected behavior

I expected to see the complete percentage of the entered value: examples 10, 25, 99 , 100,
not just the last figure

I'm not able to reproduce this specifically.

Does it appear different when you're not at 100% (the slider in your screen shot suggests the real number is 100% in the box?

I ask because it may be #2304

I cannot reproduce this issue exactly either, but it might be a good idea to increase the width of the input field or reduce its padding a bit (and center the text while we're at it).

Yes, the issue mentioned in 2304 seems to be the same problem. It's a visual thing.

This issues shows in Chrome and Edge. Firefox displays all digits.
