Ordered list resets starting number unexpectedly

Describe the bug
The ordered list I created started at 42. and when I saved it, the numbers in the list looked good. The next day, the list was reset and started at 1.

I have no idea why or how it happened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a readme.md for a folder.
2. Type 42. and space, add text.
3. Click 'Enter' and an ordered list is created with the next line starting at 43.
4. Create a few more list items.
5. Save file.
6. The list should now appear correctly in the top of the folder.
7. something happens (?)
8. Checking back the list now starts at 1.

Expected behavior
The list numbering doesn't change.

Likely due to markdown parsing on reopening, but we should keep the initial number of course. markdown-it should handle this properly so I guess it is something with the tiptap nodes then where we don't preserve the number:

This is still reproducible in latest Text. Opening a Markdown file with a list that starts with 42. item keeps the number in Text, but serializing it back to Markdown replaces it with 1. item.
