Adds support for extraction of individual images from extracted sc files and adds more flags and options to the tool.

The API of the library was changed substantially:

• process_sc was renamed to process_tex
• new process_sc was added to process extracted sc files
• UnknownPixel and DecompressionError were removed in favour of new Error enum.
