in manual, class descriptions point to wiki URLs #131

In the manual, the transform xslt/nxdl2docbook.xsl constructs URLs to class meta-DTD specifications currently on the NeXus wiki. Since these will be phased out, we need to direct the links to the proper auto-generated manual pages.
When the link is constructed, it is necessary to know if the NXDL points to a base class, application definition or a contributed definition.
