New module for segger has to be built for the segmentation (refinement) step for the spatialxe pipeline.

Started drafting a segger implementation to nf-core here, incl structured processes, parameter and function descriptions, test and code outlines.

Hi @BioinfoTongLI , segger has already been integrated with the spatialxe pipeline. Once the pipeline is released we will make the modules as part of nf-core
