Enable onError in BUSCO

Enable the workflow.onError to capture the genomes that have failed or if error strategy 'ignore' is used in a process. This can be used in a process or in config to allow us to print a message after the pipeline has completed and we can also use this to capture the failed genomes into a log file when run in batch.
