Now that the user-facing path is the published npm package, the
README needs a clear off-ramp for contributors who want to hack on
the source. The new section sits between Quick start and the
philosophical close, points at CONTRIBUTING.md for setup and the
test suite, and at mcp-server/DEVELOPMENT.md for the live tool
reference.
