Adjust the assistant image package set based on startup behavior and shipped skills.\n\nChanges:\n- Preinstall fd because Pi interactive startup always ensures fd and rg; rg was already installed, fd was missing and triggered a runtime download/extract path.\n- Enable the assistant ingress tenant at /assistant/* on port 8083. The ingress module puts caddy on the assistant PATH and seeds ~/.caddy/Caddyfile, matching the port-exposure skill.\n- Remove uv from the always-installed assistant packages; it is not required by startup or any shipped skill, and one-off Python tooling should use nix shell/nix run per AGENTS.md.\n\nKept intentionally:\n- chromium: supports the browser automation skill without needing a heavy runtime Nix shell for browser tests.\n- ledger: supports the finance query skill directly.\n- git/gh/jq/curl/nodejs/ripgrep/coreutils: core coding, GitHub, Pi, and gateway workflows.\n\nVerification:\n- nix fmt\n- nix eval .#packages.$(nix eval --impure --raw --expr builtins.currentSystem).exedev.drvPath
