Fix: Redirect telemetry endpoints instead of blocking them

Blocking user_flow.json and other telemetry endpoints caused ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT errors that broke in-page navigation (e.g., clicking a profiles replies tab). Changed to redirect these to a local stub.json so X.com gets a 200 OK instead of a hard network failure.
