rd2markdown with web interface

Usage

Prepare
Install Ruby and RubyGems
gem install bundler
bundle install
Convert
- Run rackup config.ru
- Open http://localhost:4567/
- Input RD into left text area
- Copy from right text area to anywhere

Web interface is BSD 2-Clause license. And lib/rd/rd2markdown-lib.rb is same license of rdtool (GPL-2+ or Ruby's).
