The docs are eager to break if not all markdown files exist, and the auto generated API markdown page was not working.
TS6.0 required some of the Docusaurus dependencies to be bumped, which is what this PR does, so that API page markdown is now built automatically.
Aligned deps as close to the Docusaurus TS starter example as possible, plus the dep related to the typedoc building https://github.com/facebook/docusaurus/blob/main/examples/classic-typescript/package.json
