Some hot fixes

• enabled strict types detection (for numeric opts)
• when colors are disabled <br> tag was ignored
• modified argument parser to set a prefix to a numeric argument to not conflict with indexed values:
  command arg -v156 will returns ["v"=>"true","#1"=>"true","#5"=>"true","#6"=>"true",0=>"command",1=>"arg"]
