Project Title: Insurance Cost Comparison Dashboard

Description: Ludwig Human Resources Inc. (LHR) is a payroll and human capital management consulting firm based in the United States. LHR quickly takes advantage of the booming market for quality labor after the COVID-19 pandemic and successfully runs seven divisions across the West Coast. To maintain a balanced growth across the region, LHR's risk management team is tasked with monitoring each division's spending on insurance over time.

Objectives:

  • To represent historical insurance data paid by each of LHR's division in a digestible way.
  • To provide a quick tool to compare how much each division spends on insurance.
  • To allow the risk management team to inform leadership of insurance changes easily with a customizable report.

Result:

  • The company's higher leadership and division managers are happy with the transparency the dashboard provides.
  • The risk management team is aware of insurance cost trends across divisions and works to find cost-effective providers.
