Description: Ludwig Human Resources Inc. (LHR) is a payroll and human capital management consulting firm based in the United States. Many companies, in need of a quality labor force, work with LHR to implement different strategies to increase their bottom lines. LHR quickly takes advantage of the opportunities and successfully runs seven divisions across the West Coast. To maintain a balanced growth across the region, LHR's risk management team is tasked with monitoring each division's spending on insurance over time.

Objectives:

• To represent historical insurance data paid by each of LHR's division in a digestible way.
• To provide a quick tool to compare how much each division spends on insurance.
• To allow the risk management team to inform higher leadership of insurance changes easily without rebuilding the report every year.

Result:

• The company's higher leadership and division managers are happy with the transparency the dashboard provides.
• The risk management team is aware of insurance cost trends across divisions and works to find cost-effective providers.
