First public beta of GlyphJet — a fast Windows spotlight launcher for emoji, Unicode symbols, and kaomoji.

Features

  • Spotlight popup: press Alt+; anywhere on Windows 11 to summon a floating search panel.
  • Browse: three tabs (Emoji / Symbols / Kaomoji), 35 sub-category chips for guided navigation.
  • Search: unified synonym-aware search across all 14,870 items (9,884 kaomoji, 3,091 symbols, 1,895 emoji).
  • Copy: click a glyph to copy it as plain Unicode text. Inline "Copied" feedback.
  • Tray icon: quick open, autostart toggle, and exit.
  • Local-first: everything is bundled — no network, no account, no telemetry.
  • New icon: GlyphJet branding matching icon.quoc.app.

Downloads

  • GlyphJet_0.1.0_x64_en-US.msi — Windows Installer (recommended)
  • GlyphJet_0.1.0_x64-setup.exe — NSIS installer (portable option)

Known issues

  • No Settings UI yet — the default hotkey is Alt+; and cannot be changed without editing the config file manually.
  • Win+; experimental override is not yet implemented.
  • First launch after install may take a few seconds to register the hotkey.
