v3.8.0-alpha.4 — Multi-line status line

The status line (scripts/statusline.sh) now renders multi-line and owns the full output (dir/git prefix + AF context + opt-in cost), instead of emitting only the AF segment and relying on a user shim. Fixes single-line truncation on narrow terminals and lets the layout survive plugin upgrades.

Added

• scripts/statusline.sh now owns the full multi-line status line (was: single AF segment only):
  • Line 1 — ➜ {dir} git:({branch}) {✓|✗N} {↑ahead} {↓behind} 🕐 HH:MM. Working-tree state via git status --porcelain (✓ clean / ✗N changed-file count); ahead/behind via git rev-list --left-right --count @{upstream}...HEAD (shown only when non-zero). All git calls use --no-optional-locks, are guarded by an is-inside-work-tree probe (non-git cwd skips them entirely), and degrade silently (detached HEAD / no upstream).
  • Lines 2–3 — the AF context line is split on │ (🐸 AF v… │ {mode} {step} │ {agent} then {model} │ {ctx}% ctx) so long lines no longer clip. The exact AF substring is preserved internally before the split.
  • Line 4 (opt-in) — 💰 ${cost} │ +{added}/-{removed} │ ⏱ {duration} │ cc {version}, rendered only when AF_STATUSLINE_COST=1 AND the cost data is present. Cost was pulled from the always-on line in v3.7.4 ("visual noise without per-call breakdown"); this re-adds it behind a flag. Added green / removed red, line dimmed; duration Xh Ym / Xm Ys / Zs.
  • Parses workspace.current_dir → cwd → $PWD for the dir; all fields via the existing grep/sed fallback so it runs with or without jq; always exit 0.

Changed

• AF_STATUSLINE_COST=1 — new env flag to opt into the session-metrics line (line 4).
• Shims are now thin pass-throughs — aura-frog/scripts/statusline-shim.sh (and the user-installed ~/.claude/statusline-command.sh) no longer build the dir/git prefix themselves (that moved into the plugin); they just forward stdin to the plugin script. Prevents a doubled prefix.
• Status line header comment "Format:" + examples updated to the new layout.
