New: text-input-v3.2 content_hint support

• no_emoji (0x800): compositor signals field should not offer emoji → disables emoji expansion
• preedit_shown (0x1000): client renders preedit in-place → future optimization path
• on_screen_input_provided (0x400): client has own OSK → IME can skip popup
• Compatible with compositors that do NOT send v3.2 (defaults to 0)

Fixes

• Backspace stops after 1 char — routed through same typer device, not uinput (commit 8c4c7a7)
• Terminal scroll → history — click_watch 5ms sleep + VI_IME_NO_CLICK_WATCH=1 diagnostic
• Merge conflicts resolved — main.rs clean
